TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E323 OF 2023 By Muriuki Mureithi Nderitu, of P.O. Box 60, Murang’a in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wangui Kamiri alias Wangui w/o Kamiri, who died at Nyeri, on 16th December, 1987. CAUSE NO. E125 OF 2024 By Elizabeth Wanjiru Kimaru, of P.O. Box 52, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Maina Githinji, who died at Karatina Sub-County Hospital in Kenya, on 30th December, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
