Matu Ngeru & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Njoroge Mwangi, who died at Marimira, on 14th June, 2018. CAUSE NO. E176 OF 2023 By Mwangi Gachinga, through Messrs. Matu Ngeru & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maina Gachinga, who died at Githunguri, on 6th June, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
