TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2024 By (1) Francis Duncan Njeru and (2) Jane Muthoni Njeru, both of P.O. Box 1357–60100, Embu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Gaturi Njeru, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 9th September, 2023. CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2024 By (1) Lucy Muthoni Njoka and (2) Jacinta Ndunge Muchira, both of P.O. Box 364, Kianyaga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bobby Muchira Gichobi, who died at Mt. Kenya Hospital in Kenya, on 17th June, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
