TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2024 By Monica Wambui Ndungu, of P.O. Box 28420–00200, Loitokitok in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Ndungu Mburu, who died at Kimana Sub-location, on 10th October, 2016. CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2024 By Mirriam Mueni Mutua, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Mbithi Muvea, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 11th January, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
