Box 1–90124, Kithimani in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Muinde Muthukui, who died at District Hospital, Matuu in Kenya, on 17th May, 2016. CAUSE NO. 116 OF 2024 By (1) Josphat Kitheka Muasa and (2) Nthambi Muasa Mbunya, both of P.O. Box 132–90124, Kithimani in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muasa Mbunya, who died at Kathamani, Mathingau Sub- location, on 3rd February, 2005. CAUSE NO. 120 OF 2024 By (1) Mutiso Kasivu and (2) Joseph Muthama Kasivu, both of P.O. Box 1–90124, Kithimani in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kasivu Itumo, who died at Kithimani Location, on 12th August, 1997.
