Box 79, Matete in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mukulo Mukonambi, who died at Kulumbeni, on 30th June, 2003. CAUSE NO. E60 OF 2024 By Beatrice Wori, of P.O. Box 25, Malava in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Owori Chivilili, who died at Shivanga, on 5th June, 2012. CAUSE NO. E73 OF 2024 By Suleiman Ndaru Muhamed, of P.O. Box 65, Malava in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwamati Mukhwana alias Mwamat Mukhwana, who died at Kakunga Sub-location, on 6th August, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
