Box 17, Paw Akuche in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bonfas Otiende Owino, who died on 6th March, 2024. CAUSE NO. E117 OF 2024 By Cornell Odeny Odera, of P.O. Box 4, Paw Akuche in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Odera Oriwa, who died on 27th July, 2011. CAUSE NO. E169 OF 2024 By (1) Charles Awiti Hongo, (2) Dickson Angienda Aloo and (3) Belinder Adhiambo Koile, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Akelo Otuoma alias Otuoma Akelo, who died on 20th August, 1970. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
