APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 155 (5) of the Public Finance Management Act, 2012, regulation 167 (4) of the Public Finance Management (County Governments) Regulations, 2015 and section 30 (2) (l) of the County Governments Act, 2012, I, Stephen K. Sang, Governor of Nandi County, appoint— Nicholas Kipkurui Kiget, Celestine Jeruto Rono, Ednah Jebichiy, Veronica Muthoki Makau, Leonard Kibet, to be members of the Internal Audit Committee of the County Government of Nandi, for a period of three (3), years with effect from the 29th July, 2024.
