REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Janiffer Wanjiru Wanjeri (ID/27648092) and (2) Allan Mukuna Wanjeri (ID/37381936), are the registered proprietors leasehold interest of all that piece of land situate Kiambu County, registered under certificate of lease No. Thika Municipality Block 27/258, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost or misplaced, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said certificate of lease have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
