REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Thomas Kambuni Nyambane, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.08, 0.05 and 0.24 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Kisii County, registered under title Nos. Bassi/Bogetaorio II/2565, 4499 and 2903, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
