REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ali Ramadhan Mwananje, the administrator to the estate of Ramadani Ali Mwananje, the registered proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.40 hecatare or thereabouts, situate in Kilifi Distict, known as Kilifi/Mtwapa/1956, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed in respect of the said piece of land is lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall Issue a provisional title as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
