THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Rwaikamba & Rwathia Trading Company Limited, of P.O. Box 8768–00300, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 36/VII/716, situate in Nairobi County, by virtue of a lease registered as I.R. No. THE KENYA GAZETTE 9th August, 2024 68115/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, and whereas the proprietor has indemnified the Government of the Republic of Kenya against all claims that may be made after reconstruction of the register, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
