REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Masters Mambo Mwatsuma, is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.049 hectare or thereabouts, known as Vipingo Scheme/1434, situate in Kilifi County, and whereas sufficient eveidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is missing, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
