THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mwangi Njogu Ndeto (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.56 hectare or thereabouts, known as Mwerua/Kagio-ini/1147, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the Court at Baricho in Succession Cause No. E103 of 2022, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Muriuki Harison Kithenji (ID/0306833), and whereas all efforts to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to Muriuki Harison Kithenji (ID/0306833), and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mwangi Njogu Ndeto (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
