REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gacheche Michael (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as E. Bukusu/S. Kanduyi/7550, situate in the district of Bungoma, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Bungoma in Succession Cause No. 9 of 2020, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Ann Wangui Andrew and (2) Jane Wanjiru Karuga, and whereas the said land title deed is missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said transmission instrument, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier under Gacheche Michael (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
