THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Patrick Mulati Okumu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kimilili/Kimililki/3475, 1905 and 925, situate in the district of Bungoma, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Bungoma in Succession Cause No. E54 of 2021, has issued grant of letters of administration to Edward Chebuya Mulati, and whereas the said land title deed is missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said transmission instrument, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier under Patrick Mulati Okumu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
