REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joshua Ochieng Ogola, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Suna East/Kakrao/8749, situate in the district of Migori, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Migori in ELC Case No. 81 of 2021, has issued a decree ordering that the name of Joshua Ochieng Ogola be cancelled and be reverted to its original owner Rehema Anyango Onuonga, the cancellation of entries on the same land register and the title deed issued to Joshua Ochieng Ogola if not surrendered within thirty (30) days from this gazettement will be deemed as null and void and of no effect.
