REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Chepkwony arap Ngeno (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in Nandi County, known as Songhor/Tinderet Block 1/9 (Mombwo), and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Tinderet in Succession Cause No. 1 of 2022, has issued letters of administration in favour of Alfred Kibet Chepkwony, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the Land Registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instrument of transmission and issue land title deed to the said Alfred Kibet Chepkwony, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Chepkwony arap Ngeno (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
