IN EXERCISE of the power conferred by section 159 of Public Finance Management Act, 2012 and section 9 of Nyandarua County Finance Act, 2024, the CECM, Finance, Economic Planning , ICT and Revenue, in concurrence with the Governor, have waived the following provisions of the Nyandarua County Finance Act, 2024. 1. Annex II: Schedule of Trading Centers within Nyandarua County Town Current Zone New Zone Engineer Town Zone A Zone B Mairo Inya Town Zone A Zone B 2. Code 1289 (a) and (b) penalty on Late payment of business Licenses -Payment after 31st March 30% penalty New penalty 0% -Payment after 30th June 50% penalty New penalty 0% 3. Business Traders with no Business Licenses for calendar year 2024 are advised to take this opportunity to obtain License before 31st August 2024.
