THE PHYSICAL AND LAND USE PLANNING ACT

SETTLEMENT

NOTICE is given that, pursuant to the provisions of sections 40 (1, 2 and 3) and 49 (1) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, 2019, the preparation of the above plans was on the 10th July, 2024 completed. The development plans relates to land situated in Katorongot, Nubian Phase 1 and Shauri settlements in Baringo County. Copies of the plans as prepared have been deposited for public inspection free of charge at the offices of the CECM in charge of Lands, Housing and Urban Development and Director, Physical Planning Kabarnet Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above plans may within sixty (60) days send the same to the County Executive Committee Member (Lands, Housing and Urban Development) on the email: cecmlandsbaringo@gmail.com or be delivered to the office of the County Executive Committee Member (Lands, Housing and Urban Development), Jamaba Building, opposite the Agriculture office, or to Mogotio and Eldama Ravine Sub-County administrators offices.
