The inspection period will run from 12th August, 2024 to 18th September, 2024, on Mondays to Fridays during office hours from 08:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Objections Against The Valuation Roll Pursuant to section 21 of the Nakuru County Valuation and Rating Act 2023, owners of rateable properties or any other person who has a legal or equitable interest in the rateable property may object against any matter contained in, or omitted from, a valuation roll in relation to the valuation of a rateable property at the respective Sub-county offices. Further, Objections must be specific to individual properties, as required by section 21 of the Nakuru County Rating and Valuation Act, 2023. Objection forms can be obtained from the Sub County offices, the Department of Lands, Physical Planning, Housing and Urban Development or downloaded from the Nakuru County Government website at www.nakuru.go.ke. Completed objection forms should be submitted to the listed Sub-county offices or the Department of Land, Physical Planning, Housing and Urban Development offices at Ardhi House, Nakuru.
