THE PHYSICAL AND LAND USE PLANNING ACT

(No. 13 of 2019)

SETTLEMENT

PURSUANT to the provisions of section 49 (1) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, 2019, notice is given that the preparation of the above plans were on the 4th July, 2024, completed. Copies of the plans prepared have been deposited for public inspection free of charge at the Office of the County Executive Committee Member in charge of Lands, Physical Planning and Urban Development, and the offices of all Sub-county Administrators in charge of Kirinyaga West, Kirinyaga East, Mwea and Kirinyaga Central and at Kiine, Mutira, Kabare, Tebere, Mukure, Baragwi, and Kanyek-ini Ward Administrators’ Offices from 8.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above plan may, within sixty (60) days, send the same to the County Executive Committee Member in charge of Lands, Physical Planning and Urban Development, County Government of Kirinyaga, P.O. Box 260–10304, Kutus and such representations or comments shall state the grounds upon which they are made. Dated the 15th July, 2024. REV. S.
