THE PHYSICAL AND LAND USE PLANNING ACT

SETTLEMENT

PURSUANT to the provisions of section 49 (1) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, 2019, notice is given that the preparation of the above plan was on the 4th July, 2024, completed. Copies of the plans as prepared have been deposited for public inspection free of charge at the Office of the County Executive Committee Member in charge of Lands, Physical Planning, Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries, Veterinary Services and Co- operative Development, Galole Sub-county Administrator’s Office and Chewani Ward Administrator’s Office from 8.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above plan may within sixty (60) days send the same to the County Executive Committee Member in charge of Lands, Physical Planning, Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries, Veterinary Services and Co-operative Development, County Government of Tana River and such representations or comments shall state the grounds upon which they are made.
