Maina on 30th day of July, 2024 for direction on the application dated 29th July, 2024 brought by Counsel for the Applicant under Certficate of Urgency Under Sections 81 and 82 of the Proceeds of Crime and Anti- Money Laundering Act and Order 51 rule 1 of the Civil Procedure Rules, and upon reading the supporting affidavit of Zacharia Lekishon sworn on 29th July, 2024 and annextures thereto; IT IS HEREBY ORDERED 1. THAT this application be and is hereby certified as urgent. 2. THAT a Preservation Order be and is hereby issued against the Respondents and/or their employees, agents, or representatives acting on their behalf prohibiting the sale, transfer, or disposal off or other dealings with the motor vehicles registration numbers KDE 868N, Xtrail and KDG 654W, Mazda Demio. 3. THAT the honourable court declines to issue a preservation order in respect to KDJ 814A and KDH 560Q. 4. THAT these Preservation Orders shall be for a period of ninety (90) days as provided in section 84 of the POCAMLA. 5. THAT the order shall be served upon the Respondents within 21 days.
