NOTICE is given pursuant to the Disposal of uncollected good Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya and the authority of the court siting in Lamu law Misc. App No E44/2024 to the owners/ custodian of the following Motor cycle and boats lying at Lamu Police station are informed to collect them within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication and pay the cost of this notice failure to which Messrs. Ikimwanya Auctioneers are authorized to sale them through public auction without any other notice nor reference to the owner. KMER Numberless Boxer, numberless white boat without engine, boat number D1-169810 wiuthout engine, boat pate IIW without engine, boat white with strip resdand blue without engine, boat white with scratch on the right without engine.
