NOTICE is given pursuant to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, and the Authority of the court sitting at Ogembo Law Courts under CR. Misc. Appl. No. E80/2024. The owner/custodians of following property lying at Itumbi Police Station are hereby informed to collect them within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication of this notice, failure to which Messrs. Ikimwanya Auctioneers are authorized to sale them through public auction without any other notice nor reference to the owner.
