NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, (Cap. 38), laws of Kenya, to the following under-listed persons/entities to collect their motor vehicles from Messrs. Auto Weichai Centre Limited at their yard in Port Area of Mombasa County upon payment of all the outstanding repair and storage charges and other incidental costs due on their units up to the collection date within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice hereof. Failure to pay the said charges and collect the subject motor vehicles at the expiry of this notice, the subject motor vehicles shall be sold by public auction without any further notice whatsoever.
