NOTICE is given to the provision of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya, to the owner of the motor vehicle THE KENYA GAZETTE 9th August, 2024 Reg. No. KBJ 224F, Nissan Xtrail, who brought the aforementioned vehicle for repairs or service to Sun Down Logistics Limited, located along Kenyatta Highway Road, behind motor vehicle inspection, to take delivery of the vehicle before expiry of thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the notice and upon payment of all outstanding labour charges, storage charges plus other costs incurred. Failure to which the vehicle shall be disposed of by public auction or private treaty, without any further notice and any proceeds arising from the sale shall be defrayed against all outstanding storage and any other accrued charges. Storage charges from March, 2016 to date is KSh. 300 per day plus repairs carried by Sun Down Logistics Limited for KSh. 350,000. Dated the 19th July, 2024. MICHAEL M.
