TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E1400 OF 2023 By (1) Vikash Suryakant Patel and (2) Pooja Patel, both of c/o P.O. Box 48364–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the executors named in the deceased’s last will, through Messrs. Dorcas M. Mutua, advocate of Nairobi, for a grant of probate of written will of Daxaben Suryakant Patel, late of Westlands, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 16th October, 2023. CAUSE NO. E447 OF 2024 By (1) Yvonne Isabella Wachera Kibera, (2) Dina Grace Kibera and (3) Joseph Edwin Karanja Kibera, all of P.O. Box 288–00502, Karen in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters and son, respectively, through Messrs. Gitau Gikonyo & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Florence Seyanoi Kibera alias Dorothy Seyanoi Moschion, late of Nairobi, who died at Ololua Ridge, on 20th December July, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
