TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E31 OF 2024 By (1) Margaret Njeri Kipalian ole Mesher, (2) Joseph Kempe Kepalian, (3) Julius Lepason Kipalian and (4) Solomon Leyian Kipalian, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Kipalian ole Olomesher, who died at Kipeto Sub-location, on 7th March, 2020. CAUSE NO. E76 OF 2024 By (1) Mteyian Simon, (2) Joyce Nkini Moyake and (3) Naomi Kitetoi Parsalala, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simion Parsalala Moyake alias Simon Parsalala ole Moyake, who died at Kipeto, on 11th October, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
