TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E237 OF 2024 By Beatrice Achieng, of P.O. Box 12, Kombewa in Kenya, the executrix named in the deceased’s will, through Messrs. Rachier & Amollo of Nairobi, for a grant of probate to the estate of Millicent Kibb Atieno alias Atieno Millicent Kibb, who died at Milan, on 24th November, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
