TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E591 OF 2023 By (1) Zedekiah Ochieng alias Dan Ochieng, (2) Rodah Florence Otieno, (3) Sarah Anzazi Omondi and (4) Grace Otieno, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zedekiah Dann Onyango, who died on 16th May, 2014. CAUSE NO. E286 OF 2024 By Caroline Aoko Achecho, of P.O. Box 82, Kombewa in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Achecho Hamisi Ogwel, who died at Upper Kombewa, on 2nd August, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
