E211 OF 2024 By (1) Hezekia Wilson Deya Ulda Akinyi Nyaliang’a, (2) Collins Oluoch Ondego and (3) Brian Otieno Agunda, the deceased’s grandchildren, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Bambo Hamisi alias Margareta Bambo Hamisi, who died at Nyalenda “A” Sub-location, on 15th December, 1992. CAUSE NO 294 OF 2024 By (1) Wuodgot Odhiambo Migot, (2) Victoria Obwanga Ochung and (3) George Odhiambo Bunde, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alex Nyawara Okumu alias Nyawara Okumu alias Zakayo Odero Ochere, who died at Lower Kombewa Sub-location, on 9th January, 1989. CAUSE NO. E300 OF 2024 By Martin Odhiambo Okoth, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin Okoth Nyaori, who died at New Nyanza General Hospital in Kenya, on 4th January, 1982. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
