TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E61 OF 2024 By Rose Muthoni Wanjiku, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Muturi Wangondu, who died at Kenyatta University, Teaching Research and Referal Hospital in Kenya, on 6th August, 2021. CAUSE NO. E68 OF 2024 By (1) Grace Wairimu Mwangi and (2) Kellen Wanjiku Mwangi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Nganga, who died at Witeithie, on 16th April, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
