CAUSE NO. 155 OF 2023 By (1) Jonothan Maina Kabuagi and (2) Geoffrey Gitogo Kabuagi, both of P.O. Box 153, Kangema in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kabuagi Njorio, who died at District Hospital, Murang’a in Kenya, on 14th July, 2016. CAUSE NO. E31 OF 2024 By Gladys Wangui Kamau, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gerald Kamau Mwangi, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching, Reseacrh and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd August, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
