TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E97 OF 2024 By (1) Simon Philip Kamau and (2) John Chege Kimani, both of P.O. Box 277–20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimani Kamau Chege, who died at Melwa, on 26th May, 2017. CAUSE NO. 187 OF 2024 By Naomi Wambui Mwangi, of P.O. Box 10, Kinamba in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Mwangi Mbweri, who died at District Hospital, Nyahururu in Kenya, on 18th October, 2002. CAUSE NO. 190 OF 2024 By (1) Daniel Gichohi Muchiri and (2) Nahashon Njenga Muchiri, both of P.O. Box 51, Kaheho in Kenya the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Muchiri Kirimu, who died at N.K.C.H., on 10th November, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
