E261 OF 2024 By Michael Oginga Kawisa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kawisa Ongudi, who died at Kajulu II, on 18th July, 1993. CAUSE NO. E268 OF 2024 By Michael Mwita Kimwecha, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kemwecha Mkami alias Samwel Kimwecha Mkami, who died at Bugumbe West Location, on 9th February, 1991. CAUSE NO. E269 OF 2024 By Charles Maroa Nyamani, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gati Maroa alias Mrs Gati Maroa, who died at Korogati, on 6th September, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
