E45 OF 2023 By (1) Paulinah Kimoi Kiplagat and (2) David Kipkorir Kiplagat Kerich, both of P.O. Box 79–30400, Kabarnet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Kiplagat Chebet, who died at Kaptorokwo, on 7th January, 2011. CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2024 By (1) Teriki Kipsongok and (2) Nicholas Kipkogei Songok, both of P.O. Box 171, Mogotio in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipsongok Chepkurgat Siloi, who died at Nakuru Maternity and Nursing Home, on 15th January, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the notice in the Kenya Gazette.
