TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E35 OF 2023 By Peterson Mogaka Aminga, of P.O. Box 650, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kerubo Aminga, who died at Kebuko, on 20th June, 2000. CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2024 By Okinyi Araka Kevin, of P.O. Box 786, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maina Orendo, who died at Ichuni, on 10th July, 1978. CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2024 By (1) Daniel Nyangaresi Orindo and (2) Charles Arasa Orindo, both of P.O. Box 650, Nyankoba in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Auka Orindo, who died at Nyankoba Sub-location, on 20th December, 1967. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
