TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2021 By (1) Mwikali Kungu and (2) Kungu Mwanthi, both of P.O. Box 9, Kisasi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and father-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Peter Macharia, who died at Ngandani, on 3rd May, 2021. CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2024 By (1) Paul Wambua Kisima and (2) Joshua Maundu Wambua, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wambua Kisima Mwilu, who died at Kengo Sub-location, on 19th August, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
