TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2024 By Edward Keya Chemwachar, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wiliam Matete Kimaket, who died at Toroso Sub-location, on 14th May, 1999. CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2024 By Tonisyo Walukaya Wamalwa, of P.O. Box 348, Kimilili in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tonisyo Walukaya, who died at Khwiroro, Kamusinga, on 20th March, 1971. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
