Box 73, Kitmikaye in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Obute Mwalo, who died at Kitmikaye, on 15th July, 1979. CAUSE NO E128 OF 2024 By Mary Anyango Opiyo, of P.O. Box 210–401004, Kisumu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maurice Opiyo Oguge, who died on 30th August, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
