Box 66, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kario Migwi, who died at Gitunduti, on 16th January, 2021. CAUSE NO. E175 OF 2024 By Philomena Wanjiku Ng’ang’a, of P.O. Box 52, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edward Wachiuri Karue, who died at Tumutumu Hospital in Kenya, on 7th August, 2007. CAUSE NO. E177 OF 2024 By Ray Waithaka Kimotho, of P.O. Box 54, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin Kimotho Waithaka, who died on 12th September, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
