Box 1, Sagana in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Wamwea alias Mwangi Wamweya, who died at Mukui, on 7th July, 2004. CAUSE NO. E102 OF 2024 By Jacinta Muthoni Murage, of P.O. Box 70, Baricho in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josphat Ngari Karaba alias Ngari Karaba alias Ngari Karaba Karangi, who died at Kiathigirai, on 23rd August, 1989. CAUSE NO. E103 OF 2024 By (1) Jeckliah Mabuti Mbogo, (2) Jane Wanjiku Mbogo and (3) Julius Cubi Mbogo, all of P.O. Box 70, Baricho in Kenya, the deceased’s widows and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eliud Mbogo Rugio, who died on 22nd June, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
