TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2024 By Agnes Wangui Muriithi, of P.O. Box 210, Kianyaga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cyrus Muriithi Makanga, who died along Kerugoya–Kutus Road, on 12th May, 2003. CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2024 By Lucy Kathugu Mugo, of P.O. Box 29, Kiamutugu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Biswel Mugor Nyaga alias Biswel Mugo Nyaga alias Nyaga Biswel Mugor, who died at Thirikwa, on 29th June, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
