TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO E24 OF 2024 By James Muchira Njeru, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Justin Muchiri Njeru, who died at Nyangwa, on 3rd June, 1994. CAUSE NO E54 OF 2024 By James N. Ngoruh, of P.O. Box 55, Ishiara in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngoru Mwarire, who died at Ishiara Hospital in Kenya, on 27th April, 2013. CAUSE NO E63 OF 2024 By (1) Zipora Ngithi Ireri and (2) Nebart Mugendi Nduma, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Nduma alias Nduma Kibibo, who died at Kathera Sub-location, on 6th November, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
