TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E76 OF 2024 By Claris Achieng Oguda, of P.O. Box 1–40404, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Obure Nembi, who died at West Kanyamamba Sub-location, on 11th July, 2006. CAUSE NO. E78 OF 2024 By George Otieno Ameck, of P.O. Box 1–40404, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Oguta Odwalo alias Oguta Odwalo, who died at Kadera Kwoyo Sub-location, on 7th April, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
