TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E116 OF 2024 By Charles Abang’a Akello, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Akelo Otana, who died at Naya, on 27th August, 1988. CAUSE NO. E117 OF 2024 By Esther Osuro Angina, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Angina Osuro Okoko alias Osuro Angina, who died at Omia Diere, on 22nd October, 2015. CAUSE NO. E118 OF 2024 By Albatus Odhiambo Obongo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Obongo Ayodo alias Obongo Ayodo, who died at North Ramba, on 11th June, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
