CAUSE NO E41 OF 2024 By Hannah Wanjiru Mbau, of P.O. Box 45–10208, Muranga in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Mbau Kariuki, who died on 18th August, 2023. CAUSE NO E55 OF 2024 By John Kisilu Matuku, of P.O. Box 511–01020, Kenol in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beatrice Nthenya Mbuvi alias Beatrice Nthenya Mbubi, who died at Kambiti, on 11th August, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
