WHEREAS Mary Wairimu Muturi, of P.O. Box 2814–01000, Thika in Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land known as L.R. No. 10874/1567, registered as I.R. 193020, situate in Thika Municipality in Thika District, pursuant to a court order in the Environmental and Land Court at Milimani in ELC Case No. 469/2011, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
